The following rules apply:

• You must have a valid government issued ID or college ID.
• All items must be in excellent condition. Clothing with damage, rips, odors or stains will not be accepted.
• Please bring a 10 piece minimum per appointment.
• Please only bring items that are in season. You may call us to inquire about what we are buying at any given time.
• All payouts over $100 will be issued a company check.
• We do not accept counterfeit items or replica. Merchandise sellers will be required to sign a form confirming that under penalties of law, all merchandise is authentic and was purchased by seller.
• Please be understanding that we are very selective and cannot buy everything.
• You will be required to sign a drop off waiver form if you choose to drop off your merchandise. Items left are not the responsibility of Annie Creamcheese.
