No Refunds, Exchange Only POLICY
Exchanges will be gladly accepted for store credit if you are not happy with your purchase. Your store credit will never expire and can be used at both locations and the website but require an approval number. Please email us for exact measurements or questions before you make your purchase. When you receive your items please inspect them and make sure they meet your expectations. If not, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt at creamcheeseannie@aol.com that you are returning the merchandise. We will email you an approval number within 72 hours. Items must be returned in the exact condition and all original tags must be attached. Upon receiving the returned merchandise you will receive a gift card minus a 10% restocking fee.
Exchanges can be accepted up to seven (7) days after original shipping date. Shipping charges are not refundable and merchandise will not be accepted without an approval number. You will also be responsible for any return postage. Unfortunately we will not be able to take any exchanges for international orders.
